When I saw this cel on Mandarake, I knew I had to have it. I have watched the Ranma OAVs over and over and this sequence is completely burned into my brain.
Akane looks very very kawaii in this dress. It's too bad they don't dress her up more in the actual anime since she obviously can pull it off quite well.
