Ukyo used to be my most wanted Ranma cel character, but that ended when I got this cel. She doesn't look like a boy in this image, that's for sure. ^^
This cel happens to be when the image is fading to white in the opening credits. When this exact cel is shown, it's actually 90% white by then. So I took a snapshot of when it was halfway between this frame and the one before it.
